Electoral Reform or Regression?

Either you win or you lose, but with the proposed changes to Canada’s election process, it seems everyone wins, no matter what the majority chooses. I am sorry, but first past the post works, it just needs some tuning, so that everyone actually does vote.

Fund Raising with a Twist

Political parties should really be funded by all taxpayers, not by individuals or special interest groups, never mind business or labor unions. But that is a dream, so instead we get bombarded with requests to donate to the various parties, and some of those requests are ingenious, really. Kind of shows their imagination, and that ain’t a bad thing
