Electoral Reform or Regression?

Either you win or you lose, but with the proposed changes to Canada’s election process, it seems everyone wins, no matter what the majority chooses. I am sorry, but first past the post works, it just needs some tuning, so that everyone actually does vote.

See Tom, The Senate Does Work

Not only did Tom Mulcair of the NDP not pick up any points in the latest polling data, but today’s Senate Amendment that gutted a bad piece of legislation from Parliament, only shows that abolishing the Senate is not in our best interests. While it has become a rarity, the Conservative majority didnt help them, as it was their own members who helped send this union bashing legislation back to Parliament.
